Yesterday Don and Gord cut trail. Looks like it was tough going. Many trees were down due to heavy snow last fall.
Yesterday was a mild day, we actually reached a high of 4C some of that snow on the trees was falling off and it was so nice not to have to bundle up when going outside. Temperatures have fallen overnight, it's -13C and snowing. We're in a snowfall warning today as a system rolls through dumping lots of snow and we're back to the deep freeze.
Today's forecast -Snow at times heavy changing to periods of light snow near noon and ending late this afternoon then cloudy. Amount 5 to 10 cm. Wind north 20 km/h gusting to 40. Temperature falling to minus 17 this afternoon. Wind chill minus 28.
Tonight Clearing this evening. Wind northwest 20 km/h gusting to 40 becoming light this evening. Low minus 29. Wind chill minus 38.
